Hey {{first name | there}},

Looking back, a large part of my success has been in the things I was scared to do.

In 2024, I was looking to expand my public speaking. I had given a couple of talks in Nigeria and virtually; however, none were at a level I was comfortable with.

Naturally, I pinged my good friend Divine Odazie and asked how I could increase my chances of getting CFPs accepted.

Not only did he give me advice on crafting a more compelling talk, but he also offered to be my co-speaker.

And so our journey began. Several rejections and iterations later, we landed a talk at DevOpsDays Houston.

And ever since, I have spoken at several other conferences, including KubeCon!

Why am I saying all of this?

Well… partly because there is an origin story here for EverythingDevOps, but that's not why.

On the 4th of March, Divine Odazie is hosting a free, live masterclass for engineers who want to speak at technical conferences in 2026.
