I have been following Divine for a long time, and what struck me most was his work itself because Divine is the real voice of the community in the cloud and platform engineering space. His articles land with practitioners. I found myself sharing them with colleagues and with people in the New Zealand community, pointing them to Divine's writing as the thing to read if you want to understand where platform engineering is actually going. As a Senior Principal Engineer leading these initiatives at my own organization, when something resonates with me, it means something.

It has been great working with Divine! He's encouraged me to stretch my goals and achieve more than I thought I could achieve.

I worked with Divine on the Cilium Google Season of Docs project. He brought a lot of enthusiasm to the project and it was great to see him dive right into the issues and work on the solutions. Divine is ready to take initiative and will put himself out there on the job.
